The objective of the project "Law Internet Center "Ilex" is to provide all concerned with theoretical and practical information on legal regulation of the Internet as well as on commercial and non-profit activity on the Net.

Structurally all matetials of the project are organized in two main blocks. First - e-documents and e-contracts. Second - intellectual property on the Internet.

We believe that nowadays both issues are the most interesting and urgent from the viewpoint of working through such topics as law regulation of the Internet, copyright and intellectual property, preparation of e-documents, e-commerce and legal support thereof, etc.

Studying normative-legal acts, case-law of courts, reference sources and analytic materials on the topics of this project will without fail contribute to broaden your options in your Internet activities as well as protection of your economic and legal interests and judicial risks reduction.

Minor volume of the web-site analytic materials is devoted to the different law issues which are not directly connected with the topics of the project. The reason for this is to avoid excessive specialization of the project and necessity to dilute problems of virtual environment with issues of real world.

Since legal frontiers of the states have almost nothing to do with Internet then legal regulation issues are considered both in local context, on the basis of Ukrainian legislation and court practice, and total one - taking into account respective economic and legal materials of international nature and based on practice of other states, in particular, Russia, USA, Canada, states of western Europe, Australia.

Besides, the project offers you an opportunity to get legal advice which can be provided both in the forum mode by a registered user and directly by authors and performers of the project among with there are lawyers, IT guys and economists.
