“Novyi kanal”, LLC, vs. “TV and Radio broadcasting company “Studio 1+1”, “1+1 Production”. Case on infringement of copyright in the audiovisual work and the literary work.

Decision of the court of appeal reversed. Decision of the court of first instance upheld.

Derivative work meaning audiovisual work was created infringing IP rights of the plaintiff.
